The College maintains the equipment in the hope of extending its service life and replacing the equipment as soon as it becomes unserviceable. In this regard, these guidelines shall be followed:

  2. Only lab personnel are allowed to handle or mount the LCD projector with a computer or any related media equipment
  3. The lab shall collect P200/hr from CSSP faculty and student users. The collection goes to a restricted fund for the equipment's repair and maintenance.
  4. The LCD may be used only in CSSP premises and buildings for academic purposes. Individuals or organizations other that those directly connected with the college may, however, rent the equipment and use it only inside CSSP facilities, provided that an expressed approval from the Dean is secured and they pay the following fees:

    • Rental - 500/hr
    • Operator - 50/hr
  5. If the equipment is damaged due to any cause other than the normal wear and tear or the handling of lab personnel, the user shall agree to pay the damaged part(s) and shoulder the repair cost.
  6. Reservations on the scheduled use of the LCD Projector can be made at the CSSP Computer Lab, Palma Hall 117, College of Social Sciences and Philosophy, University of the Philippines, Diliman, Quezon City. Advance notice, however, can be made through email (lab@kssp.upd.edu.ph) or phone (UP line: 6995)
