| Going
Concerns. What's your take on hot and crispy
issues in and around town? |

- Poverty. Now 4 out of 10 Filipinos live on
less than 38 pesos (74 cents) a day. In rural
areas like Mainit, poverty rose to 46.9% of
the population in 2000 from 44.4% in 1997(See
Wall Street Journal report here.)
What are your ideas on how to mitigate the ill-effects
of poverty in Mainit?
